Kinon Law Firm was honored to represent the family of an accomplished elderly gentleman who suffered a catastrophic fall while in the care of a home health agency, resulting in his death. Our client’s caregiver knew the client was a fall risk, yet failed to properly monitor him while he was walking. Although liability and cause of death were disputed in this case, through the use of surveillance footage and other documentation, we were able to prove the caregiver’s negligence played a significant role in our client’s wrongful death.
